Introduction
I really do not want neither to teach someone (like many authors love to do) nor to write ridiculous things. For example, I am afraid to make a public statement that it is possible to change your lifestyle only within three days. Have you ever seen such a skilled person who will be able to change his lifestyle completely within only three days? I haven’t. Even the master of Nagualism – Carlos Castaneda many years inflexibly followed the path of the warrior to get close to his energetic body. Nevertheless some famous methodologists of “entering the phase” (another term of out-of-body-experience) claim that it is very simple: all you need is to time your alarm-clock on 6 a.m. and within three days you will be able to enter the phase!
Many people who have read in such books that astral projection is just a creation of the brain. And they are right because all they can reach is to study the results of their own psychical activity, tonal’s activity (Carlos Castaneda’s term).
Obviously you can motivate yourself very well and within couple of weeks feel astral projection but it is more connected with the new feelings of your brain but not with a real result.
