2 ★It worked fine before but now it seems I cant download the audiobooks. It's seen as downloading and completed download, however, I do not see it in my internal storage nor in my sd card in that biz.bookdesign.librivox.pro and then data and then podcast folder .. creators/developer please reply? All the friends I have who got this cause I told them it's an awesome app are all thinking of deleting it cause of the fact they can no longer find the downloads in the usual folder. What's up?

5 ★As a janitor, I need something to listen to while I work at night. One evening while watching a YouTube video by Odd1sout, there was a reference to this app. Considering that there's a lot of classic literature I want to get exposed to, I decided to purchase the ad-free version. So far, I've no complaints. And I've enjoyed the books I've listened to. Classics are free to listen to in this app, but other more recent works do require payment, as too be expected. However, with an extensive classic catalog, there's a lot of free material to listen to.
2 ★Please add a option to sync bookmarks between devices cross platform. I have your app installed on my iPhone and android phone. If I am listening to a book on one phone it would be great to be able to continue the book on another phone. It would be a great feature. Thank you for your time.

It's such a hassle to find the contents list for books and you can no longer download individual chapters, which is a deal breaker. 👎👎👎 Think I'll ditch this and download stuff I really want without being forced to download tons of chapters/stories that I don't want from the librivox site from now on.
5 ★If you anticipate listening to a lot of audiobooks, then I highly recommend dropping $1.99 for the add-free version. Best decision I've made in a long time. The adds are awfully loud and annoyingly repetitive.
4 ★I'm getting the hang of the recent redesign, still some minor niggles but no show stoppers. What I would like though is the ability to sync searches and selections made online using the pc with the contents of the app, and vice versa.
1 ★Extremely disappointed by the apps inability download the books. I'm also disappointed that I cannot select specific download location but I guess that doesn't matter if the books won't download in the first place. Not sure what the problem is I have very fast Verizon and XFinity connections

5 ★I've listened to texts from Librivox for years and never been disappointed by my choice. If you enjoy the classics and aren't always in a situation where you can read conventionally then this app is an absolute boon.
4 ★using the app is great but the search engine is painful. I was searching for the Life of St Anthony and came up with no results until I searched the reader. obviously I had to know the book was on librivox before I could find it and be persevering.
5 ★Excellent app. Soo many books. The improvement of speed & volume normalizing control makes it so much easier listening for readers who read too fast,too soft or loud. I listen every night (my bedtime stories)and use sleep timer. My favorite app ever!
