1 ★It would be a great app if you could use the features. You are unable to scroll down on any of the screens in order to access additional providers, or even use the timer function. Disappointed.

2 ★CANNOT SCROLL! This would be a great app if I could scroll. The app lets me see my network dentists but won't let me scroll and the full site lets me scroll but doesn't give the option to see just my network dentists. ANNOYED!!!!

1 ★there are times when it is easier to use a nap then to get on a website with my mobile device. Definitely not this time... This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. I'll just bookmark the page in Chrome.

2 ★Unable to scroll dentist search results. App logs you out everytime you go away from the app. Seems like these are long standing problems that haven't been addressed. Only seems useful to get your ID card.

1 ★Useless because it does not save the login. I use a REAL password that is 10+ completely random characters. So the app must remember it to be useful. I'm not going to use a weak password instead...

1 ★Does not work properly. Can't see all claims, try to go back kicks you out. Takes forever to process a request. Better to login online. The app is useless. Online works. Uninstall to save memory space.

Wanted to search for a dentist in my area and it brings up the first hundred... unfortunately I can only see the first 8, and 7 of them are at the same practice (so really I'm only seeing two). Also, can you please consider giving ratings on the dentists. That would really help the member choose a dentist that fits their needs and is recommended by other members.

1 ★You have to log in to this thing over and over and over again. Mess up taking screenshot, and end up on your home screen? Log in again. Hit the back button one too many times? Log in again. Worse, it sticks on "please wait..." while viewing claims sometimes. Only way out is hit the back button. You guessed it... Log in again! So frustrating!

3 ★I can get into the app without any problem however you can't scroll the pages up and down. For example...Dentist search you get to a certain point and it won't scroll to let you complete the process.

1 ★When searching for a dentist I cannot scroll down. Totally and utterly useless app. Galaxy s6.
