4 ★I have no issues using it, good experience! One thing annoys me though: what is the function of enabling Bold Connect? It shines green and makes a sound as if its a lock itself, but.... Nothing else happens. It doesn't open all connected cilinders at once, which I was expecting it would do. And the website really gives a bad manual experience. There is physical installation help, but all other info is very fragmentated and incomplete. They should pay someone to make a decent user manual...

2 ★Unfortunately cannot recommend this. (At least on Android) the lock is accidentally working like it should. Most of the time you're standing in front of your door like a deranged idiot pressing the unlock button for minutes. Really bad experience. Will remove the lock.

1 ★For the love of God just don't. Will not connect to WiFi. Helpful error message is 'something went wrong'. Zero customer support. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

1 ★Can't use the lock, i can't log in. I re-installed the app and try to log in again but always get error and doesn't recognize the email or phone number (but I get the mail's (strange). Now I can't enter!

1 ★Will not update the firmware, keeps saying can't connect to server and bold support is not helping. Also does not auto activate when near lock

1 ★When the admin changes access this app needs dragging down to refresh the access it doesn't do this automatically which is a security flaw as if the admin removes access. To the lock the program still allows access trusting the user will drag down to update it. There is also an issue with users without access being able To see the emergency pin code again allowing access to the property.

5 ★The app has a clean design, easy to use and the locks are great too. Not sure if it's possible, but I would love to see a feature that lets you know if the door is locked or not based on the last direction of rotation or something.
