About BMI Calc APK
Table Of Contents
Description
BMI CalcBody Mass Index, or BMI, is a measurement of body fat determined through a calculation of height and weight. While BMI isn’t a precise indicator of healthy body weight, it does provide an estimation of whether or not a man or woman is obese, overweight or underweight.
To compute BMI using My BMI Calc, input height in centimeters along with weight in kilograms then activate Compute BMI. The results are an estimation of whether or not an individual is at a healthy body weight.
A high BMI indicates a high body fat percentage. The chart below provides a guide for interpreting calculated results:
BMI results Interpretation
Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5 – 24.9 Healthy Weight range
25.0 – 29.9 Overweight
30 or greater Obese
While BMI can provide an estimation of whether or not weight falls within a healthy range, certain factors should be considered when using calculators such as My BMI Calc, including:
- Elderly adults may have more body fat than younger adults
- BMI readings may be less accurate in muscular individuals since muscle weighs more than fat
- Women typically have higher body fat than men
The My BMI Calc app is designed for use in adults and should not be used to determine body mass index in children.

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
