Değerli arkadaşlar; hazırlamış olduğumuz bu uygulama hekimlik hayatınızda en çok karşılaşacağınız hastalıkların acil ve poliklinik tedavilerinde kullanılabilecek örnek bazı reçeteler içermektedir. Bu reçeteler tamamen öğrenci eksenli olup pratik tedaviler sunmaktadır. Ancak bu reçetelerin sadece birer örnek olması ve literatürsel araştırmalar sonucu yapılmamış olmasından dolayı hatalı ve eksik bilgiler içerebilmesi olağandır. Doktorlar tarafından tedavilerde tek ölçüt olarak kullanılmaması ve böyle kullanımlardan doğacak sorunların ”bu uyarının yapılmasından” dolayı tamamen doktorlara ait olduğu önemli bir uyarıdır. Ayrıca hastalar tarafından bir doktor kontrolünde olmadan buradaki reçetelerin kendi istekleri ile kullanılmasından doğacak sorunlar yine kendilerine aittir, zira doktor kontrolü olmadan yapılan işlemden hastanın kendisi sorumludur.
