Liczymy na to, iż formuła spotkań znacznie ułatwi wymianę doświadczeń lekarzy z różnych ośrodków onkologicznych. Mamy nadzieję, że okaże się ona również wartościowa pod względem edukacyjnym, szczególnie dla tych Koleżanek i Kolegów, którzy dobywają szkolenie specjalizacyjne lub stosunkowo niedawno uzyskali specjalizację. Inicjatywa jest zgodna z zadaniami i celami Polskiego Towarzystwa Onkologii Klinicznej, obejmującymi zarówno optymalizację postępowania diagnostyczno-terapeutycznego, jak i integrację działalności naukowej i klinicznej tych specjalistów, których głównym zainteresowaniem są chorzy na nowotwory.
