1 ★Same problem with me, ordered a photo album amount has also been paid, trying to reach customer care as well. Nothing could be done now, no update on the order other than a confirmation sms. Have been more than a month now.
1 ★I ordered a photobook and it was as never delivered. So I cancelled the order and asked for refund. I got the mail saying your refund is processed and your money will be reversed back in 2-3 working days. Got that mail on 27th June. And till 9th July there was no refund. So I reminded them again. And then there was no response from their team. I again reminded them on 23rd July via mail, and again no response till now. I think their team might have been down with the Corona virus, all at once.

1 ★I had placed an order for a Photobook on 10/6/20. The order was supposed to get delivered by 21/6 initially.. The date changed to 27/6 Fine till here.. The item was shipped on 26th and was expected to get delivered by 6th July! Its 24th July today and the order has still not been delivered! The tracking id provided doesn't work. The mails are not getting replied. The order is not getting cancelled! How am i supposed to know what to do next!!
