He also offers theories to other relevant topics to meditation
5 ★Highly recommended for a more scientific and secular approach to mediation. Some improvements could be made in regard to the reminders, for me they don't work. And a new section in the main menu to resume practice sections without the need to always search for the next session manually would be great.

I can't stress enough how good waking up is. there are several ways to test it out for free for more than the initial 7 days so you have nothing to lose, just try it.
