A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★Not bad but it's lacking smartthings and IFTTT integrations, on a side note, I managed to set up my kogan led smart light strip in the brilliant smart app and 2 vivitar power boards, which makes me wonder how and why that is possible.
2 ★I have 3 of the brilliant bulbs that have worked perfectly for the last year, then I got some strip lights that required smart life. Now 2 bulbs won't reset or connect. I now only use brilliant app for light strips but can't fix the 2 bulbs. Can this be fixed?
1 ★Cant setup my wifi ceiling fan, I can find the device in my wifi list but the app can't find it to connect to it, heard that it does not work with the latest modems that run 2.4/5ghz at the same time, please update the app to support these newer modems!!
5 ★Works with all of my various branded smart home lighting and dimmer switches. Love the fact that i can just use one app for these!
1 ★Everytime I open the app, I am told my session is expired and I need to re-login with a user name and password. Which usually means resetting my password. Very annoying
5 ★The Brilliant application is great, never had a problem with it, works great with Google assistant voice commands, setting up devices is super easy.
2 ★Devices recently keep showing offline even after updating the router. Have to switch devices on manually.
4 ★works well sometimes issues with talking to Google Home and the light does not respond to the app when in auto 26-8-20 a Developer replied as per above Yes the responce is correct but than AUTO Don't work My google issue was resolved by Google
4 ★Good, but it took some work! No problem in getting registered, but took a lot to get it, to work in with Google Home. But eventually,..it all came together. Smart Garden Lights. Very easy to use with the app, lots of gizmo settings to play with. Now, no problem in getting two devices, two apps and a google to control these lights. cheers
5 ★Reading the comments made me hesitant regarding this device and app. However, it was really straight forward and the app attached to the 3 light bulbs within 30 seconds. Making a group out of some was also useful. I have used both the Brilliant and the TuyaSmart apps and both work fine. The bulbs will be on special at Aldi next week ($39). I think I'll go get another set.
2 ★Works most of the time, but that's not really good enough is it. I bought a power socket so that I could switch the power to our garage door off overnight (we've had a lot of burglaries where garage doors have been activated by thieves using universal remotes). Went through setup - not rocket science but not exactly straightforward - and had a play with the app to switch the power socket on and off. Initially quite successful but then noticed that sometimes the socket would be on and the app was telling me it was off (and vice versa). So now once I've turned the socket off using the app I have to go and physically check that the socket is actually off, thus rendering the use of the wifi remote control of the socket utterly pointless! I might as well just switch it off manually every night. As another reviewer said this also badly needs some kind of widget so you can put the switches on the home page of your phone to enable you to turn it on and off without searching for the app, turning it on, finding the correct device and then switching it which is very annoying. Nice idea, doesn't seem to work that well.
2 ★It works but only half the time. Once I add the sensor light I can configure it for about 30 seconds then the screen goes grey and I can no longer change settings, however I can still switch it on and off. Edit: I have just found the bug / workaround. If you add the light to a group then turn that group on you can edit settings again, however if the light is set to auto, you lose the ability to manually switch it on with the app/Google unless it's set to override making the device pointless.
