2 ★Can someone in marketing please check the app. Every time I try to book my ride it keeps saying " unknown error". Its getting to be very annoying. I'd really prefer using the app, rather than callin... As far as service is concerned, if you're going to give the customer the option to do a "time call", don't you think the driver should be ON TIME!!! Now do y'all manage to be late every single time??? Rediculous...

2 ★This app tells me that my destination does not exist so I have to call dispatcher who are less than polite

1 ★The worst cab company in pensacola. The drivers are dirty, the cabs are in poor repair and the service is slow. The app is fine..The drivers are of poor quality with few exceptions. The positive reviews posted are from the owner and employees, not customers. The dispatch is incompetent and rude. The vehicles are death traps.

5 ★I mean the wait for a driver to pick up your trip on-line versus you calling.. May be just about the same if there is a difference you could probably grab your bags in that time. 😂😂 They're very friendly, and they have good service overall. Never hours late like yellow cab.
