Vanaf nu kan je makkelijk je rIt met iemand delen wanneer je onderweg bent naar je bestemming. De ontvanger kan meteen je bus of tram in realtime volgen.

Daarnaast kan je nu ook via onze saldochecker de overige ritten op je lijnkaart raadplegen. Je geeft de 16 karakters in van je vervoerbewijs en krijgt meteen te zien hoeveel ritten je nog kan gebruiken.

2 ★If a stop near me is not serviced temporarily, just send me to the nearest stop that is serviced instead of showing me a list of which ones are and which stops aren't! I could have easily gotten to the temporary stop in time but now I've spent my time trying to figure out where to go...
2 ★Recent problem with buying tickets. Ticket purchase doesn't go through although there is no error message. I would also prefer better UI to have direct access to "stop" search as opposed to route (currently it is two click process), and integration with KBC app to purchase tickets instead of manually entering card details every time.
1 ★It happened so that it was necessary to reinstall the app on the same smartphone with the same phone number. Logon to the app is OK. But when I want to buy the tickets the app asks to enter my mobile number. After I do it the app says the number is already registered. Why to enter the number if the user is already authenticated and identified in the app? If the number is "already registered" why don't you check that it's registered to the same valid account which wants to use the number? Do you really have some app designers? Do you really design some logic for your apps?
3 ★Lately the app hasn't been showing the right times for the busses I want to take, which makes it unreliable. I can't save the adresses or stops I want to save, the function doesn't work. Right now I was trying to plan out a route for the place I'm going to tomorrow and it constantly gives me an error message so I can't find out what bus I have to take and how late to be on time. The search feature is hard to use, I still can't figure it out. It never finds the lines I'm typing in.
1 ★For a month now I may not buy tickets due to my phone number already being in use. Yes it's in use. By me. I even tried an old unlinked phone number and received the sane message. Forced to pay more by sms. Why should customers be forced to provide a phone number anyway?

1 ★I use the bus in Antwerp and this company is one of the unorganized public transport in Europe. The app is not syncron with schedule in the bus stops and bus schedule is based of neither app nor plan on the bus stops. When there is a construction site, it is not usually updated on the app. And also when they change the bus stops, you cannot find information via app and the information on the bus station is not always update (but always only in Dutch)
1 ★this app is a total disaster. what's the idea behind disallowing people to buy tickets when they change their phone? of course, my number is already in use, but why would you even need this link? never seemed something so ridiculously stupid
1 ★Impossible to find any location as the search isn't flexible at all. Every name is still in Dutch even if the app is in English. And the app chugs and is slow. Not user friendly. Was not helpful to help me see why I wait every day for 15-20min for the same bus after the time it should pass.
1 ★How can this app get worse all the time I don't know. It's like someone is deliberately trying to make the user experience worse. Example: my app just updated and all of my favorites are gone. I am prompted to create an account in order to have favorites. Why?? I only use the app to check when my bus is coming. I already have a monthly pass and will not be buying daily tickets. ...Many other apps have found a way to cater to different types of users Delijn. Maybe you should look into that?
1 ★Still not functional good. I can't buy m ticket. "...The phone number is already in use... " Even if i try with somebody else's number. This is ridiculous, unacceptable.
2 ★Useful app however the payment options are laughable. Paying with visa requires card reader authentication? Cool, who has that on them when they're out and about? Paying with bancontact only works if you have an app for it (Payqonic or your own bank's app). If you want to use the card to pay it just says transaction declined because it requires authentication while not offering a way to do said authentication.
