En cada paciente puede archivarse sus escores, y en el caso de tratamiento con AVK su tiempo en rango terapéutico, y también eventos adversos.
3) Guías simplificadas sobre aspectos prácticos del tratamiento (dosis, duración de acuerdo a la patología, ajustes de dosis, interacción con alimentos y fármacos, conductas frente a sangrados y otras.
