1 ★From a IT computers view this application is not what is needed. Most computer "repair" work can be done remotely. Obviously it a physical problem occurred it would require a person the repair it. But most problems users have are software-based problems and those can be diagnosed remotely. When it comes to IT service I'm looking for an application that handles all of the payments and the contract obviously I will fill in the contract myself as a pro but the payment would need to go through the application to ensure service is provided and security on both sides of the equation.
