Khi tiến hành chuyển đổi các nhà mạng sẽ phải quay số song song (duy trì cả số cũ và số mới) từ ngày 15/9/2018 đến ngày 14/11/2018 và duy trì âm báo bằng tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh.
