Esta é uma ferramenta para avaliação da Cultura de Segurança do Paciente (CSP) em hospitais brasileiros, um aplicativo móvel e gratuito que dispõe da versão traduzida e adaptada do Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) da Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ). Com esta ferramenta, seu hospital poderá avaliar a CSP entre seus profissionais, gerando indicadores referentes a 12 dimensões da CSP. A avaliação servirá para dar feedback aos profissionais envolvidos e promover intervenções na CSP local.Todas as informações enviadas no cadastro do aplicativo e obtidas pela avaliação da cultura são sigilosas e o nome do responsável, profissionais respondentes e da sua instituição não serão identificados em nenhum momento. As informações coletadas serão guardadas em um banco de dados visível somente à sua instituição, ao Laboratório de Inovação Tecnológica da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (LAIS – UFRN) e Grupo de Pesquisa QualiSaúde da UFRN para fins científicos.
