2 ★I am not a fan of the interface. It's very busy once you open the app. Pretty much 12 tiles of channel 12 logos. I appreciate the alerts when they actually open properly. Love the channel.

2 ★More often than not, when I receive a breaking news alert, I click on the notification, the app opens, and an ad pops up, but the article doesn't open. It's just shows the '12 On Your Side' logo and nothing happens. This has happened for the last few years. Sometimes it works fine, other times, nothing.

1 ★It no longer opens the news item when I click on the notification. In fact, the app hangs. This makes it useless.

3 ★Whoever is in charge of the ads on the app needs to check into them. They are click bait and filled with false information. I get that you need ads to pay the bills, but it looks bad for a news network to have false information attached to their app.
