SurfDose (http://www.surfdose.com) is the surfers website that allows you to keep track of your sessions and, if you decide, to share with others passionate surfers.
App
The SurfDose app makes recording session a matter of few clicks. With the App you can:
- keep easily track of your sessions
- record sessions even when you are not connected to the web
- add new spots with few clicks
- add your own gear with few clicks
- get statistics about your sessions
SurfDose.com
You don't need to register to surfdose.com to enjoy SurfDose APP but through registration you will get:
- access to SurfDose full set of statistics
- sessions syncing across multiple device
- server backup
- possibility to contribute to the aggregated full statistics
How to use it:
1- Click on a day on the calendar and click "Add" button (or just a long press on the calendar day)
2- Fulfill mandatory parameters (spot, sport type, board, sail, your weight, vote)
3- Click "Add"
You session will appear in the calendar!
Need to add a spot? In the Add Session page click on "Add a Spot" and select on the map where your spot is.
A long click will fix the spot coordinates.
You can edit the spot name.
If your device has geolocation capabilities (like GPS) you can a spot in the exact place where you are with just one click.
You can decide to join SurfDose in a second moment and all your sessions will be moved to surfdose.com
You can also have more that one device synced with sessions (if you are logged in).

Please note:
- You can use SurfDose also Offline but you need to sync the App with the server one first time before you can do that. Just run the app with data connection enabled.
- If the "Add" button is not showing, it's likely that the first sync was not succesful: test your internet connectivity.
- If you decide not to join SurfDose.com, SurfDose APP will send to server only the newly created spot to contribute to the global DB. Your sessions will not be sent to server.
- SurfDose use DATA CONNECTIVITY to retrieve needed info and sync data . Consider it to avoid unforeseen costs with your mobile plan.
- SurfDose might send to the developers some data useful to improve the application.
- If you decided to link your app to the website SurfDose.com your sessions will be backed up on server. Despite we offer this service, there is no guarantee on backup effectiveness.
- we do not reccomend in any way using your device while on the water
