3 ★app will not work, asked me for my password 5 or 6 times today alone. Bill went up from 45 to 49$ without being advised. i wouldnt mind uf I didnt always have an issue with it working. I have a SG9 and the PSV screen keeps freezing and will not allow me to view it. i worked with my phine provider, Verizon and it is not my phone. Could you please look into this?
1 ★Fix your crappy app! Otherwise I am going back to DirecTV Now! App just flashes Network Error even though it let's you login and even though you have good data service or good wifi! App is junk! It's useless.
1 ★If youre going to keep raising prices and justifying it by adding channels nobody cares about, at least have an app that doesn't freeze instantly whenever its opened.
1 ★it's constantly still freezing after the fix. before that it was hiccuping all the time playing the same 10 to 15 seconds over every few minutes..I'm disappointed in playstation one this one.

3 ★app freezing when you open it? just his back button on phone as soon as you open app (before you hit anything else) and it will work. they need to fix this ish!
5 ★After the update july 31 2019, if you're having an issue when it first starts, start it on your device in landscape mode then flip your device to portrait and the splash screen to personalize your home screen should then pop up. otherwise it will seem as to you cannot press any buttons such as the guide. only had the issue on one device, my galaxy tab E 32gb, but I did figure it out.
2 ★update, now doesn't load keeps says network error and kicks me out to login over and over. internet is working and everything. doesn't work on mobile device or amazon fire....same issues.
2 ★Freezes up alot, even when using wifi. Doesn't work well with chromecast when on DVR or on demand. Screen locks at the beginning to where you can't push anything.

5 ★Update for bug fixes? Seems to have implemented a fatal bug. No wifi connectivity. Sad Works now which makes it useful again! Makes me happy
3 ★The lastest up date will fix the freezing problem but you need to uninstall the app and download the updated app again. Simply updating with out removing the old app doesn't work.
