•Peso ideal: Calcula tu peso ideal a partir de tu sexo, altura y la circunferencia de tu muñeca.
•Calorías diarias: Calcula las calorías diarias que deberías consumir para mantener tu peso. Este dato se genera a partir del sexo, peso, altura, edad y nivel de actividad.
•IGC (Deurenbergl): Calcula tu índice de grasa corporal por la fórmula de Deurenbergl, éste se genera en base al sexo, peso, altura y edad.
•IGC (Hodgon y Beckett): Igual que el anterior, calcula tu índice de grasa corporal, pero esta vez a partir de la fórmula de Hidgon y Beckett. El resultado se genera a partir del sexo, la altura y la circunferencia de cintura, cuello y cadera.
•ICC: Te calcula el índice cíntura/cadera y te dice el tipo de forma que tiene tu cuerpo según tu sexo y la circunferencia de la cintura y la cadera.
