1 ★This is nothing more than an advertising app that wants to throw notifications at me. The burn - in function is flaky at best. I had to go find it on SoundCloud. - - and I got the developer response. No solution was offered and nothing has changed.
4 ★Ok for everyone complaining about how it takes 40 hours just remember this is optional but recommend. Burn in is used to change how far the driver ( the part that makes sound in headphones) move more freely. This makes the headphones or earbuds sound louder and sometimes better. But yes for the most part this is just an online shop for the Jlab products but it is cool to see they included a free burn in application. I like the burn in app and the shop looks clean compared to other companies.
1 ★Downloaded for the recommended burn-in tracks, but it was just a shop interface that links you back to the site for the burn-in track and then makes you enter your email. on top of all that, the track was empty in SoundCloud, so it was all worthless.
1 ★I see the 5 star reviews don't actually mention the app itself.... and I'm not able to form my own opinion because i can't even get it to download! Thats very disappointing. JLab, you're developing a bad rep. My earbuds are my first JL Although people say you have great products, I'll be returning mine because the quality is sub, - par. Hmmm.... I wonder if there's an app for that? (1 star)
1 ★headphones are great have no prob witg thise but the app is more "hey come buy some stuff" instead of "lets get your headpvones set up for the best quality" when i tried to use the burn in tool it had me play something off of sound cloud, which send me to a webpage that wouldnt even load.... downloaded the app for nothing and will be deleting to shortly.
1 ★Seriously, it hasn't had an update since it's release. Should be removed, literally has no way of doing anything, pressing any of the options, whether it is to view a video or download for the burn in process, that consists of playing different tones, frequencies and suggest this be done for 40 hours. Is this a joke?
1 ★Burn-in tool: Literally it's a 20 minute clip of audio that you have to keep repeating for it to work for the "40 hours" they tell you and then tells you "Oh you can plug it in to your computer and play the file below" (keep in mind it's not downloadable and connecting it into my computer would cause my phone to just make static noises) Store: Really? After I purchase a $50 pair of earphones you direct me to an app where 85% of your entire app is dedicated to getting me to buy ANOTHER pair?
3 ★I initially rated this app 5 stars because everything seemed to be working fine I can browse various devices, play the burn in sounds and all that. But then I needed to look for instructions for TWO wireless sets I bought and none of the links on the product pages work. That males the app useless and removes two stars.
1 ★Completely pointless app. Have to enter your email address EVERY time you want to access the burn in audio file. Bearing in mind they recommend 40 HOURS burn in time!!! No option to download the file. My inbox is full of spam mail and I've not even hit 2 hours!

1 ★I love JLab's products but this app is just sad. It lacks all of the features their competitors supply in their apps. At the very least I'd like to see some EQ management functionality added to the app. Right now this app should be named "JLab Store Browser" because that's all this is currently.
1 ★Just like many of the other 1 star reviews, I downloaded it for the burn-in track, but you're forced to put in an email to get promotional emails in order to access the track, which reroutes to a non-available Soundcloud page, so it's useless.
