A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★This is an excellent app for those looking to log heart rate vs GPS & altitude while hiking in the mountains. Files are saved as CSV type and can easily be exported to Excel for graphing purposes. I love this app, its one of the few that will work with a GARMIN HR watch..and a SAMSUNG S4 (watch must be connected via ANT+).. Note: the app may not work on all phones ( ie: my LG G5). Note2: The phone must be connected to the internet if you plan on mapping (using the GPS function in the app),..not always easy if you're in the mountains Google ANT+ and cell phones prior to buying a cell phone if you plan on matching a heart rate device such as my Garmin watch. The app is very easy to connect to the watch and very easy to use.
4 ★I got this because it continuously measures and displays the heart rate from the watch, as a standalone. Furthermore, display is with big red, easily seen digits. When connected to the phone it can record and show the HR in diagrams. Improvement points: I tried starting this with the watch on the table, which apparently also has a heartbeat, and it fluctuates (!). Sometimes start up on me, not the table, can take minutes to register. Finally, HR references, e g max pulse, in the diagram are non changeable.
4 ★Used this app since December last year worked pretty well with my scosche hrm, and was happy with app overall. But... Last update changed something bc it just doesn't connect at all with the hrm, it even produces malfunction. I reset the device and no change. Issue comes from app. Hope y'all fix it bc it was a decent app! I'm sadly moving on.
4 ★First - THANK you for not requiring your users sign up for a service to use your app. The good - this app works great with the Scosche with no issues. It is clear and works. The challenges - 1. If the app drops to the background while logging, the logging stops and nothing is recorded. To start logging again the app has to be completely killed and restarted. 2. I would like the paid app, but there is NO documentation or pricing online. The NDG website does not even list this product... Hmmmmm.
3 ★They did a good job with their graphical representation. It's also good that users are able to define their hr max and zones- which should me considered a mandatory feature of every heart monitoring application. My complaint is that the app is missing audible alarms, which should notify the user if his heart rate is anywhere above or below his target zone. Alarm should be loud enough to hear, as current alarm, which only sounds off at an "alert" level, is barely audible.
2 ★All of it seems a bit clunky and it seems to give up after recording without explanation. I think it would be better simplified into a more basic version that works reliably.
4 ★HRMonitor successfully chimes when I cross my target heart rate, which is what I wanted. Thanks for the app! I have one complaint -- I bro awkwardly while I'm running. I'd love for it to send a notification to a wearable, but even vibrating would be a big step up. You seem to have fixed the connection problem, although Play says you haven't updated since May of 2016. Something changed, and HRMonitor stayed connected through an eight-mile run yesterday and a two-mile run today
4 ★Very happy to have this. It does what it says it does. The only niggle I found was that sometimes it can't find my heart rate strap. But after a little bit of patience it would reconnect. Very handy app.
3 ★Screen not scalable in display so very hard to read. Didn't have low limit alarm which I was hoping for (Maffetone zone usage) but upper limit was responsive. Could hear beep when device in rear pocket. Lost my details at last minutes as app closed after ~ 1hr. Not sure why. History only available while app open which is a shame.
3 ★Despite most of the other apps on the market, this one has a lot of feature like HR and GPS logging. The only problem is stability: it crashes every time it goes in background on my Nexus 5x.
5 ★im using the app with a SunDING chest strap monitor, i have paid for both upgrades, it works fine except i dont have the record facility on the app, and when i look at the history section everything freezes, possibly due to not having record capabilities, ive contacted the team lots of times for help about this but never get any reply. i would recommend the app, i love that it has the alarm function and it is accurate in the readings, would just like some contact from the team.
4 ★Like the app! Works fine with Garmin Softstrap. It would be a very useful addition if it would auto expand the graph to accommodate pulse range input from profile. Would be more readable! 5 stars when it can do this. Maybe a feature for paid version?
