4 ★My personal opinion. I think you should be able to direct dial phone numbers and link to maps of addresses straight from the app. Again my personal opinion other than that yes it's a very good app.

1 ★Can't upload paperwork, it goes back to main page and then crashes. There've launched several updates and it still crashes ALL THE TIME. It's really frustrating.

5 ★Great app. Factoring is easy, useful and plus you have options to look for loads too. Its kinda one stop for truckers :) you can find a load, book it, deliver it and right away get paid quick. Thank you.

1 ★The app itself is bad, but RTS will create false paperwork issues, ignore your phone calls, and generally just waste your time. Don't fall for the advertising or the fact that your favorite trucking YouTube recommended them, they pay these people to use their platform for marketing. This negative review is due to many customer service reasons but more specifically the pushback I received with funding after my inactive period in August, which was caused by me testing positive with Coronavirus.

1 ★the application is simply impossible to use, it freezes indefinitely!!!

5 ★Since under a new group things have been alot better. I like that we niw have the option upon submission of paperwork we can ACH or Wire our funds. Makes life in an urgent situation nice to have.

2 ★Issues, everyday starts ro automatically close by itself. Having to Uninstaller then reinstall to work for less than 24 hours, I clear cache still doesn't work. Only app that does this, it's been happening for a week now.

1 ★Always check the price whats posted on the app and then how much rts charge you. For expl on 10.15.23 fuelled up for 3.87 pg west memphis ar (price was posted on app) and recieved bill saying 4.099pg and its not the 1st time 😞

2 ★App won't let me search other areas for fuel discounts, it just buffers for ever after the initial search

2 ★Cannot delete nor hide denied invoices. Super annoying. Cant create spreadsheets, download purchases, or view accounts recievable. Very frustrating. Cant even submit a support ticket.

4 ★Just a suggestion! I would love to be able to click on the address ( in trip management-> load info->location) and to take me to Google maps. Or at least to be able to copy it. Thanks
