5. A doctor will review your request to determine if you are a good candidate for birth control pills through the app. If they have concerns or follow-up questions, they will contact you via secure message within the app.
6. Your birth control pills will be mailed to your doorstep in discreet packaging and arrive in the mail within 4 to 7 business days. No signature required for delivery.

5 ★Thought I was screwed because I just changed insurances and wouldn't be able to make a Doctor's appointment in time for my next months birth control. But this app just changed all that in less than 30 minutes I got my prescription filled and my problem solved! No babies!
5 ★I rarely leave reviews but this is a brilliant app. I have a very hectic schedule and have been going crazy trying to find time to see a doctor. But came across this app and I'm so glad I did! I spent about five minutes setting up my account and answering questions. Keep in mind this was at 10pm. Within a few minutes I got a response from a doctor!!! The app says that outside of normal 8am-5pm hours it could take 24 hours to get a response and I got one right away!! So happy and relieved!!
1 ★The were sending my prescription to the pharmacy and they never sent it and when you try to get help from someone no one answered and no one tries to help you nobody at Planned Parenthood knows about the app or is informed about anything so if you try to get help you can't get ahold of anyone. An app like this needs to have some sort of customer help line or something if you're having an issue or some sort of follow-up to be sure that they put your prescription through.
5 ★I always thought it was silly to have to visit a doctor every few months to get birth control! Luckily planned parenthood is amazing and agreed! I usually don't have time for a doctor's visit and, when I do, that is the last thing I'm looking to do with my free time!

1 ★I answered a survey asking to check each of my symptoms for a UTI. They said they'd respond within 2 hours. I thought "how convenient" that they could send over a prescription for an antibiotic to my Pharmacist without me having to sit at the Dr's office in pain & discomfort with my sick 1 year old & hyperactive 6 year old. Now I've had several UTI's in the past & it's a pain i'll never forget. Anywho I was denied a prescription for antibiotics & they didn't explain why.

1 ★What a horrible experience!!! I downloaded the app and choose the pill I wanted. According to their website you can get a one year prescription but "You can also pay month-by-month if you want." I do not want a full year supply. I wanted a three months supply or a month-by-month. I did not find an option to do so in the app. It forces a one year supply on you. I tried to contact Planned Parenthood. In the "Contact" tab it says to contact them through the app but there is NO tab, button or option that allows you to contact them AT ALL anywhere in the app. Disappointed. I decided to try their website. I could not find an email ANYWHERE. I found a "Chat Now" button and thought GREAT! So I started the chat and the representative was as ignorant and as rude as it gets. She/He/It had no knowledge or information regarding my question!!! Kept copy/pasting stuff AND they ended the chat without asking if I had any other questions! I still don't know how to contact them. A phone number is NOT an option for me! Please provide people with your email address or a way to write to you through your website or app!!! This isn't the 90s anymore!
