And if already occurred what all steps once would need to take to resolve the same, to avoid production downtime..
In addition, with the troubleshooting guide, when a particular defects could not be address, the user also has an option to log a ticket to be seen by Henkel technical customer service experts to quickly step in to reosolve the cases with pictures, videos or a live video call options, as may be applicable..
