1 ★If you live in San Angelo don't waste your time with this company. They never called me back. I called 3x and no one called me back. Waste of money and time
3 ★Great service while living in California, good service in Michigan. Now, with the new app, I have not been able to log on, even after being on the phone with customer service for almost an hour. LS needs a ticketing system. The poor rep was trying to help but had no idea about the app not working for multiple ppl as I found in the reviews. AND, thi matter still has not been resolved!
1 ★No one answers phone, no option for help, automated messages is worth less than useless. Cant reach local office first time callers are asked for an extension, which of course they do not have as first time callers. 85.00 and no service. 1 star in my book. On top of that no one can actually give you advice. This is a waste of money and time, DO NOT SIGN UP. You were warned.
4 ★The service is amazing! The Attorneys are very responsive but tend to try ending the free consultation portion of the membership and to move you on to the 25% discount consultation, too quickly ... (Before they know if you have any additional questions .) The App is a great tool to have but it's not as intuitive as the previous version. Member Perks feature is difficult to find in the latest version of the App. Why not just add another button to the main screen of the App for Members Perks too?
1 ★This is a review more about the app than the service- the app doesn't work. I literally just watch the initial loading screen spin forever and it never properly loads. I've used the website to some effect but I rather liked it when the app actually worked. I'm running a Pixel 3 and yes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the phone, all sorts of things. It just doesn't work.
1 ★I have been using this app since its inception. As of the first of August. I have not been able to open it. Goes to a white homescreen, and locks with the LS logo. Uninstalled several times and reinstalled. Nothing seems to work. Been with the company since 97, but am considering dropping, as the push for more technology seems to be hurting the company.
1 ★I installed the app eight times tonight, and it didn't install despite all the messages that the app was compatible with my system. I found it in the Google apps and tried installing it through both Chrome as well as through the MS Edge Browser to pull and fine the Application and to pick the install button. I did many searches for it after the installation. It simply wasn't there. It does not work. I will try tomorrow on my tablet, but I have little hope that the installation will be any better. It is a non-functioning app for even the installation.
4 ★App is not working right
3 ★Overall easy to use with one exception. Not able to manually enter dates and having to click 500 times to enter a birthdate is ridiculous.
