Update: The developer responded that the app is slow sometimes but it loads on every click. And they want me to report it on their phone number! Like what are people doing writing reviews here! Fix your app! The app is too slow. It goes to loading Everytime you click somewhere, be it the search icon, click on item etc. Need to get it fixed before it can be used effectively.

Metro is a SCAM SCAM SCAM! I placed my order and paid for it online but you guys delivered only 30% of my products, all of the other items were missing. The delivery boy told me that you will get a refund in your wallet for those, but metro only refunded me half the amount and ate up all my extra money! I called your pathetic customer service but they said submit email yourself. When i emailed my complaint you guys closed my ticket without even solving my problem!! No remainin money refunded!!

Worst app. Previous app was better, but this one is creating problems. I wasted my time for searching products and adding them into my cart. But at the time of order placing, all my efforts reached at the point of zero. Because I couldn't place order inspite of many attempts to press PLACE ORDER Button. Finally I found my cart empty without placing order. I am so disappointed ๐

Unable to enterbin the app after so many tries and waiting for few updates as well. App keeps showing the select location page and wont let you select anything. Such a basic bug and what an easy way to lose real users and customers. Must be a single person deciding that I wont let anyone enter in the app and keep showing the location screen.

It was a very good experience using the app as well as shopping online from metro. The customer service is exceptionally good. I was constantly informed about unavailable items and given the option to replace it remove those items from the order. Delivery was done excellently. The delivery person did not rush and went through the whole bill with me to account for every last item. I will be a regular customer Insha'Allah.

Worst experience ever... Yesterday I ordered fruits and vegetables, today I received my order soo lately and all the fruits and vegetables are in worst condition except one or two... Many things were missing in my grocery, I didn't notice that time, now I saw that... and the delivery management are also poor... I don't don't recommend it ever... Krave mart is much much better than that for online grocery shopping...

It has been quite a while using this app, and everytime my experience with them goes worse to worst. I finally have decided to stop ordering from metro, there are better and more competitive apps available. Interface of app, availability of products, delay in delivery is normal for them. E commerce is way different than their understanding.

Very bad UI. Why does this app ask for address again and again? And it doesn't even let you login first. You have add your same address again and again and again. Even if it's fetching your location, it still wants to add your address manually. And sometimes it won't even accept your address. So useless and annoying and frustrating. Should be zero stars.

Well do not look at bad reviews guven by other people. People have bad habit of complaining and wanting more. I am a regular user of app and well it is good. Some bug fixes here and there like app closing and app taking you back to menu instead of just tacking you back to previous page. Metro must really look into their pricing department as well, it is very well known that metro offers articles at low prices but there have been instances of prices being shown greater than those of market.

poor execution. the app did not need an update since the old app was working fine. not only has this unscheduled update ruined the online shopping experience, it will definitely make an impact on retaining your customers (including me). the app update was supposed to make things easier and faster but it instead is difficult and has been a terrible experience. not to mention that I have not been able to place an order ever since! there were lot of other ways if you needed to boost foot traffic.

Its a useless app having too many updates still the items doesnt show even sometime payment is declined and cart empty.Totally a wastage of time

Worst experience ever, promotion and prices not seen properly, application is too slow, filters not working, sorting feature isn't provided and the bad thing is to have it update every time after opening. Let me know how to provide you snapshot of the issues highlighted above. This new app is nothing but pain, Switching to other online stores now and also is my recommendation to all new customers.
