1 ★Doesn't serve the purpose as an app. Always have issue to access the app.

1 ★Very slow, shows no useful information except for news. Unhelpful service, still has to email payment slip instead of doing online payment platform, app does not allow for VP booking even though finance cleared for so long, management staff is uncontacable and unresponsive. Exterior packaging and layout looks decent so worth the 1 star I guess

1 ★I expected that this app to serve as a bridge between the developer and the purchaser. However, other than the billing part of it, most of the other function are either not working, not updated, or totally non functional.

1 ★Receipt not updated. Receipt crashed the apps. Outstanding suddenly show old, last year, already paid bills. JomPay integration sucks, it is not available most of the time. Visitor system unusable. Booking system not integrated with MO (in the end still need to book manually). Apps full of ads and spam from Mah Sing, but functionality wise it offers NOTHING.

4 ★Am happy coz can directly see history of payment. However, it would be good to receive email/ sms notifications when there're new payment in the list. Else, not aware of new payment middle of the month and eventually have to pay late interest when checked early next month

2 ★PIC for updating bill payments not doing their job. Each time I paid my bills I had to chat with the live agent to get my account updated. This time around the agent said she will contact the pic for my apartment regarding this issue but till now still not updated. Better go back to emailing receipts if you're not up to this.

1 ★The progress of property construction is not up to date. After the apps is updated, I can't even check the current construction phase of the property.
