A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★There are so many options that it can get a little confusing but even just using one or two helps. It also helps that my doctor can see my logs too. Every time I log a meal it gives me a coping skill or a positive statement or a cute cat picture or some other reward. I use it in conjunction with the Mood Links app and it seems to be a really good fit.
5 ★Easy to use. Took a little while to find the meal planner. The reminders do not include the meal planned, only the time.
5 ★This app is seriously life changing. I've had an eating disorder for 12 years and I'm finally recovering with the help of this app. I use it every day and I'm excited to continue my recovery and one day look back at all the logs I've made with this app. I highly recommend downloading if you've ever suffered from binge eating disorder, food addiction, bulimia, or compulsive overeating!
5 ★Being able to share thoughts and experiences and struggles in real time with a clinician makes this app so much better. I tried it by myself first and it was better than other food tracking apps I've tried because it's set up to be more mindful and less judgmental but having a clinician on the other side who can review your notes and see patterns and help identify what's going well and what needs help makes a huge difference in usability and motivation to keep logging
4 ★Love the app. Would love if there were a community connection option. Maybe it could be modeled after Kind Words to keep things positive and specific.
5 ★Very helpful to simply (or thoroughly) log how your day is going. It is helpful to someone who needs a routine to anchor his/her day.
5 ★So far I'm loving this app. It sends reminders to reflect on your meals throughout the day, which I've found to be really helpful in strengthening a sense of mindfulness around food, even if I don't have time to answer the prompts. I'm so glad this app exists to support healthy relationships with food and oneself! Thank you!
4 ★I enjoy this app, clear, easy to use, I like the quotations, coping strategies and pictures. Thank you! 4 stars because I backlogged one meal on my first day and the app said I wouldn't get rewards for backlogging. I found it patronizing. I'm not motivated by nor am doing this work for whatever rewards an app can give me. I don't like rewards being lorded over me.
5 ★So far so good only been using for few days but it is very helpful to remind you to eat ect and its good that you can write your own thoughts aswel and look back at them, tracking your progress, few more bits on the app aswel I've just bad memory lol. Anyway if you find you forget to eat ect or need help for other reasons, then definitely give this app a try . Also loving the quotes they give you. Thank you very much app makers 😊
5 ★I'm SO so grateful for this app, and the fact that they are improving people's lives. This has helped me when my ED starts to flare up. I download it and start to track my meals again. There are so many useful coping skills and things to learn from this app.
5 ★Still relatively new, but I appreciate the low key reminders, gentle accountability, and overall approach to recovery and tracking. The feelings are more prominently tracked than the food, which is what I've been missing.
5 ★I love this app. If like me you struggle with your mental health and realise it has a major impact on your diet. This is the app for you. It focuses not only on food but also your mental state at the time. I love the positive affirmations.
