3 ★For the price it's not worth it. It barely gives any green days, despite my temperature not having huge fluctuations. It's even said it's green for a few days after ovulation & then switched back to red and didn't go green until I literally told it my period had come- which was questionable and gave me a scare. It does no more than other free period tracking apps, in my opinion, and the algorithm is incredibly simple (&, not very smart) so I can almost always figure out R/G before I look.
5 ★It takes patience to learn how to use this app, but truly it has been great for me. Used as birth control successfully for 16 cycles, used to plan pregnancy successfully twice, no scares, and have gained a better understanding of my body.
4 ★I've used this app for 3 months now paired with the Oura ring and I love it! It's super insightful and educational. I planned to use this as a non hormonal contraception, but I can't say it works for that yet because we usually use condoms for good measure. But I find the predictions have been accurate in regards to my menstrual cycle. Hopefully as time goes on and have a few more months of data, I'll feel more confident trusting the green days!

5 ★I have been very pleased with NC. It's very user-friendly, and if you do have an issue, the NC team is very swift in responding. It helped me learn about my cycle all while learning when my husband and I wanted to wait for kids/wanted to try for kids. If you are looking for a very natural birth control or want to learn more about your cycle, this is the best, in my opinion!

5 ★I love this app. It has changed my life by improving the quality of it. My only complaint is that the creators of the app have not stated explicitly how they intend to keep our data safe, private and confidential in the current geopolitical climate.
5 ★I'm really impressed with Natural Cycles. Not only is it incredibly user friendly, but it guides you in a way that is easy to understand, and provides helpful educational material as well. One of my favorite features is the monthly reminder to do a self breast examination. I absolutely recommend this app to anyone who is actively menstruating and either just looking to track that, or looking to start/grow/prevent a family.

1 ★It's pretty awful. Paid $80 for a year subscription and got the cheapest thermometer ever. Was supposed to get the bluetooth one but got the manual one. And it's so far off with my tracking. It's outrageous. Even when inputting all of my information. Says fertility is unlikely even during my fertile week/ovulation day. Have to enter my LH surge found through my other 3 apps. Canceling this subscription and sticking with my Mira, Samsung Health, and Premom app instead. 0/10. Would not recommend.
