Tafsir Al-Jalalain (Bahasa Arab: تفسير الجلالين Tafsīr al-Jalālayn, arti Harfiah: "Tafsir dua Jalal") adalah sebuah Kitab Tafsir Al-Qur'an terkenal, yang awalnya disusun oleh Jalaluddin al-Mahalli pada tahun 1459, dan kemudian dilanjutkan oleh muridnya Jalaluddin as-Suyuthi pada tahun 1505.Tafsir Jalalain ini, umumnya dianggap sebagai Kitab Tafsir Klasik Sunni yang banyak dijadikan rujukan, sebab dianggap mudah dipahami dan terdiri dari hanya satu jilid saja.
Kitab ini satu-satunya Tafsir yang penyusunnya dua orang. Uniknya mereka tidak mengerjakannya secara bersamaan. Meski disebut-sebut penyusunnya oleh dua orang, sebenarnya Al-Mahalli dan As-Suyuthi tidak mengerjakannya dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Masing-masing penyusun yang berbeda generasi itu hanya menulis tafsir separuh Al-Quran pada masanya. Sebab ketika sang mufassir pertama menyusun bagian pertama Tafsir Jalalain, mufassir kedua baru saja memulai pengembaraannya mencari ilmu.
