Rather than take a paper based survey, EasySurvey lets your customers interact with the tablet to provide feedback instantaneously.The kiosk mode of the app, locks down the device thus customers can only interact with the survey that you have enabled on MobiSurvey. You are provided with a default password to ‘Change the Survey’ or ‘Exit’ the app. You can also set your own password to exit from the kiosk mode.
Please note that, EasySurvey is a free app to demonstrate the capability of Surveys done on tablets and smartphones. It is bundled with just 2 surveys for you to evaluate the simplicity of collecting feedback via tablets/smartphones.
