Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★doesn't include pi 5 !!!!
1 ★Only lets me select /dev/null.
4 ★To get it to work, you need to select any of the android folders on sd to write , then move them all to root afterwards using android file manager.
5 ★Looks like it works. Don't have Ubuntu but has raspberry pi os. I'm still working on it but app seems to have done its job. I'll update if new info comes to light.
1 ★Absolutely garbage I don't understand why it's even still in the play store. Google needs to weed all these B.S. apps out!
5 ★Best image writer app so under rated
1 ★Does not work for me
1 ★Used to work fine, now I can't write to either mass storage OR internal SD card! Shame as this used to be a great utility! If it works in the future I'd give 5* but until then it would be a 0 if I could
2 ★I need the raspberry pi 5. But the app doesn't contain it.it seems way more out of date application
3 ★this app has been so useful in the past but it needs an update, the raspberry pi 5 only accepts 64-bit os but this app only provides 32-bit os's
