1 ★No place for date year complicate something that used to be so very simple

1 ★This app makes you pay an additional $0.99 if you add funds through the app. Had I known that I would NOT have bought the app. Total BS. I want a refund of $1.99. I never would have even used this app had I known it causes the pain in the ass I have to deal with due to this app. I'm uninstalling this app.

2 ★I get this is a 3rd party app (not affiliated with Illinois ipass), and it is well designed, but I just can't bring myself to pay for features I can get on a mobile site for free. Perhaps someone that has to maneuver their account more, or doesn't have auto replenish, would find it more useful - and the fee acceptable. Kudos on the design, but Illinois charges me too much already for me to pay a cent more.

1 ★I I used this app the first time and it worked great then every attempt after that locked me out of my account and I could not get the password reset. I had to finally call Illinois Tollway Authority to get my account corrected. This is a waste of money and does not work

1 ★For a paid app, you should have the option to login at any time to see your transactions. Without getting error message that your login is incorrect. I have other complaints but will not waste my time explaining, for $2. There should be more options.

1 ★This is not a free app. No real functionality unless you pay for it. Perhaps had the developer just simply made it a pay app it wouldn't have been getting to thoroughly panned, but hiding fees for functionality behind a free download is crap.

1 ★App doesn't allow users to add funds from a gift card purchased from authorized vendors. I had to call customer service.

1 ★Requires in app purchases if you wanted to check your history or add another vehicle! Just brilliant! I'm speechless!

1 ★Pay for every mile you drove and now need to pay for app to unlock the features. What a scam!
