Because of scarcity of water supply through pipelines, dependency of the Consumer in major cities is increasing on Water Tanker Services. Thus there is the need of automated tanker management system.Online Tanker System (OTS) addresses this need.OTS is a technology Platform designed and developed by MSCL. This Smartphone App is part of OTS. It connects water tanker consumer and hydrant staff through OTS.
OTS app facilitates Consumers to register a Request for Water Tanker, calculates estimated distance for transportation charges through Google map and forwards Request to concerned Hydrant. Consumer is informed about its request through SMS including Tanker charges, Tanker’s Driver contact and closure of the Request.

1 ★Pathetic app. Since its last update from yesterday, the app is continuously showing connectivity error. Each and every option is displaying connection time out, even the user guide manual. We are not able to request tanker for the past 2 months. It always get stucked after confirmation or at gallon and we don't get the request number even after confirmation.
1 ★it had been working fine until the Apps' last update 2 weeks ago, now when i tap define map location button, the popup message covers entire screen without the "OK" option. Which stops me completing my tanker request. i have complained against this several times but there's no response from the application developers team. This is pathetic and lethargic from OTS KWSB Team.
1 ★Worst app. When they start services it was working good and easy to register complain but mow you fill whole application and when you submit it keeps runing and not goes for submission. I even try at 8:00 am now they don't want general public to register complain if you choose commercial service they will register it because they want to charge 2000 per tanker
4 ★Great application 👍, I got first Tanker on time i have to tried in the morning around 7:50 to 8:30 and received confirmation for 2nd Tanker after 10days gap. which is good for others turns. there is some invoicing issues doesn't match with received confirmation bills by online application which is need to check. also timeline of Dispatches must be shown on the the status. there is not answering by the given help lines # which must be investage why not answering of calls. need some improvements.
1 ★totaly froud i orderd many tine but driver contact then did not come and meseg came customer did not recive call.and recently 03.01.2021 i orderd and then managment send me nmber of driver but driver did not recive call after that i call to center and registerd a complain but totaly time wast so plez i reguest to all people delete app and direct contact other tanker suplyer they charge just 100 ropes more then this system but suply on same perfect day.Thank u.
5 ★App has gone through a lot of major changes and it is much more stable than it was first luanched - over all - its working as intended. But still needs a lot of improvement. Suggestion: kindly decrease the time period of requesting another taker from 14 to (at least) 10 days or make the 2000 gallan option avaiable again.
2 ★The app is good but the complaint system and the workers who manipulate the system are not u cannot think that the people dont know what the person who doesnt pick up the registered phone number does with the filled tanker and the best is when they give u an already blocked num uff what can u do hope these people become genuine civil servants.
1 ★only twice my order went through and then gets cancelled automatically without an explanation. rest of the time it says daily quota exceeded. i wonder how much money was wasted in developing this app at our expense. this is just like karachi roads which gets washed away with each rain. another fraud.
1 ★I tried to order tanker from 8am to 9am, but i get the message "check internet connectivity", although my internet is working completely fine. When you order later in the day, you get message that limit for your area is over. I haven't been able to get water through this app recently.
1 ★Firstly the process of register the compliant is very difficult and Its map selection function is just uff.. Secondly the app is totaly out from its purpose it cannot take request after sharp 8.00 AM while its system take 2 mins for the processing. So kindly resolve this issue to get the more users and get rid from the Bad feedbacks.. Thanks :)
1 ★We have been trying since more than two weeks but its useless, its trash. At exact 8:00 am we try, it takes sometime to load and then at 8:04 am the app says that gallon limit is over. What is the purpose of making this app when it is of no use. This application is designed to fool people and to waste their time?
3 ★Response time of concluding a request is still slow. Despite of the fact that our address is mentioned in our profile, its the hardest task to guide driver to our location as they dont have any idea. Tankers must be equipped with map facility and drivers should be given adequate knowledge.
