The MOTOsafety app is a companion application to the MOTOsafety GPS teen tracking system. This easy-to-use app lets you locate and monitor your teen drive in real time directly from your Android device. This application requires an active subscription to the MOTOsafety service.

Features:
- Instant GPS tracking of any teen driver equipped with a Linxup GPS tracking device.
- View a breadcrumb location history. Clickable icons provide speed, direction and stops information. You can also view alerts on the map.
- Map views with both map and satellite options.

**Activate your tracking device on the web portal and then plug it into the vehicle. Ensure that your tracking device is reporting location status before logging into the mobile application.

1 ★Cancellation process was unclear, not available on the app and they violate the "click to cancel rule". The device stopped working months ago. I decided to cancel the subscription. That went on for 6+ months, the app did not have a cancel option. Refuses refund because I did not "do well enough" to chase down a phone number or email that I couldn't access on the app. Violates "click to cancel". If it's happened to you file a complaint with the FTC: FTC.gov/complaint

2 ★Cat had been parked for almost 2 days ,but the app is showing the car has been parked for 1 day only,

1 ★App will not load 90% of the time. To get it to load and track, I have to uninstall and then reinstall and it works a couple of times and then right back to not loading. Update on 11/4. Downloaded the newest version and it seems like it's even worse. For example, today I had to unninstall and reinstalled at 12:30 p.m. to get it to work, then at 2:15 p.m. would not load. Had to uninstall and reinstall it again.

1 ★Updates are bad, I had this app for over 5 years and is getting really bad, freezing up to often.

1 ★Very slow updates. Takes about 20-45 minutes to see where the car is. The app is not sending notifications to my phone. The car was in a wreck and didn't know it until my wife called me. Very disappointed with this app. I'm thinking it's not worth the money and looking at different options. Not happy at all.

5 ★The latest update seems to have solved all the bugs. I've been using this service for 3 years now to keep tabs on my child. This is a really good app and service. It allows you to create geozones, track speed, hard breaking, etc. I definitely recommend this if you have a child that drives. Or really anyone for that matter.

1 ★Can't fetch user data. Doesn't work properly. Annoying do not buy. Overpriced and is outdated app for tracking. I am changing to something else without the headaches.

2 ★Very difficult to cancel the tracker. They won't answer their phones. No way to cancel on your account. The tracker has been poor since the last year.
