1 ★Same as other reviews. I have had an account for over a decade, but now you have to pay not only to add more photos BUT JUST TO ACCESS ALL YOUR OLD ONES! I've paid and I'm working hard to get them all downloaded so I can delete my account from this TRASH site/app and store them elsewhere. If you are new to Photobucket, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for storage. If you are an old-timer like me, hang in there, get your images, and ditch this AWFUL site!

1 ★I've been using this for over 10 years to store all of my photos. I have no access to them and when I paid monthly, I still did not get access to them. I'm very disappointed since they've done the new update. Tried reaching mobile support and still, nothing. 0 stars. Don't waste your time or money!
1 ★I have had photobucket since 2006. I loved it until now. The new change now makes me have to pay to store the 4000 images i have when it was once free. And i cant access them to download to my cloud i cant even view them without paying! Not to mention photobucket deleted my other account so now i have lost ALL my kids baby pictures and videos. I absolutely hate this nonsense so i will pay to get all my picture and then im deleting photobucket for good.
1 ★Highly disappointed 😞 I have had photo bucket since I was 14-15. Recently turned 32 and as long as the old format was in place. I had access to old memories that I didn't have to worry about. As of now I have lost ALL of my memories. From my kids new born photos up until my new family dog. All is gone. I hate it. Nothing that used to work with this app, works now. This is weak asf smh
5 ★Great place to store photos! They did say I originally had unlimited storage, then they put a cap on what the unlimited amount is...... so I can't add more photos. I had to find a different app to use.
1 ★I hate this company. Terrible. Been paying to remove my photos but on the website when you try to download a whole album it just keeps spinning that it is downloading but it never does. It holds your photos hostage. I will get my photos downloaded because I won't let you win.
1 ★Its absolute corporate trash!!! The site decided out of nowhere to hold accounts hostage unless you pay and even then customer support is absolute hell. Dozens of accounts held by dear artist who are now deceased are now gone. Their artwork forever lost to us because this site insist on charging even the dead money for their accounts. Its hell.

After having an account for almost 15 years only for them to start charging and holding my photos hostage, I had to pay to get access to again only for a lot of photos quality damaged and/or lost forever. I deleted my account. All respect lost. 👎👎👎👎👎 I already deleted my account. Shame on Photobucket!!
1 ★Constantly closes. Will not auto back up despite having the feature on. Won't upload unless app is open. For a paid service this is ridiculous! And I have updated the app.
3 ★Poor experience. I paid because i use the image hosting. But i can't load the app on my phone. That's allot of money to not be able to use on my phone. I've used them for over 12 years.
1 ★I cannot believe your charging me to restore my pictures from over 10 years ago! All of my daughters baby pictures are there. Highly disappointed. Am going to pay the fee to download my pictures and then am deleting PB for sure. Letting all my sources know to do the same also.
