Description
Voice notification does pretty much what the app name says it does. It reads out your notifications for you so you don't have to read them yourself and it comes with some more features like caller name announcement, message reading, battery state announcement, location proximity announcement. It comes with lot of customisation options.What the app can do :-
1) Notification reading. (jellybean(4.3) and above)
2) Battery level announcement while charging.
3) Location proximity announcer
4) Battery and Charging State announcement.
5) Caller name announcement while the phone is ringing.
6) Missed calls announcement if you get a missed call.
7) Text messages reading.
8) Time announcement at user defined intervals. (Fully available only in pro version)

Use cases :-

Due to recent changes in google's policy shouter is unable to access your sms or call information directly. Now Shouter uses data from Notification for detecting and announcing call and sms. Download Notification Reader: Shouter APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.bhkapps.shouter-v4.00-ApkClean.apk)

3 ★It's ok but it keeps repeating the notifications even though I have selected "Once". Is there a way to select just the app name without reading out the message header ?
4 ★Well, my old phone used to tell me ' You have E…mail'… perfect as I am not a 'phone… starer' but then up… graded my phone & could not get that sound but then downloaded this app after trying others & am happy enough, although it does not say 'You have e~mail it does read out the details on Line, e~mails, texts & Whatsapp which I can live with so recommended for oldies like me who do NOT answer the phone whilst driving, eating & talking to people face~to~face! So yes go for it!

5 ★Great app and the only one that will still give notification through phone speaker when connected to BT in car (I don't get sms notifications in car). So far it's quirked every time and no errors.
5 ★Works well. Only think is I can't hear announcement when phonr is ringing in my Bluetooth earpiece. Is there a setting for that? Should it work? Hope to hear from developer.

3 ★Excellent app. Yet every 2 weeks stops announcing. I have to un install and reinstall again. The app is not optimized in my battery settings so i can not blame on software phone. Update : i just quit it because was not reading my whatsapp messages. Found a far better replacement...
5 ★Just what I need. Easy to customize. There were trial and error involved but I got it to work. I tried other apps before this. I thought the sample text "Give us a 5 star review" was funny. And so I did. 😀
4 ★it's a nice apps. but will be more better if there will have announce delay settings on sms to allow notification tone before the announcement. Since it overlaps notification tone with announcement.
2 ★Normally fine then Problems with voice the voice when talking to me goes into American female and I have never chosen this I only want a British male accent talking to me. Why is this happening?
2 ★There's no pause between the title of the app and the content! It sounds horrible. I only want to skip the app title speak but there's no option to do that.
