فإن رمضان هو شهر القرآن اختصه الله -عز وجل- بنزول هذا الكتاب المبين فيه، وقال – سبحانه-:"شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدىً لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ" (البقرة: من الآية185)، قال بعض السلف- رحمهم الله-: "ما من كتاب أنزله الله على نبي من الأنبياء إلا كان في هذا الشهر المبارك" ويقول- سبحانه وتعالى-: "إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ" (القدر:1،2) ، "إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُبَارَكَةٍ" (الدخان: من الآية3)ولا تعارض بين إنزال القرآن في شهر رمضان وفي ليلة القدر منه، وبين قول ربنا- سبحانه-:"وَقُرْآناً فَرَقْنَاهُ لِتَقْرَأَهُ عَلَى النَّاسِ عَلَى مُكْثٍ وَنَزَّلْنَاهُ تَنْزِيلاً" (الإسراء:106)، وقول الله -عز وجل-:"وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْلا نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ الْقُرْآنُ جُمْلَةً وَاحِدَةً كَذَلِكَ لِنُثَبِّتَ بِهِ فُؤَادَكَ وَرَتَّلْنَاهُ تَرْتِيلاً" (الفرقان:32)، فالقرآن نزل في ليلة القدر جملة من بيت العزة إلى سماء الدنيا، ثم بعد ذلك نزل به جبريل -عليه السلام- مفرّقاً منجّماً على امتداد ثلاث وعشرين سنة بحسب الحوادث والأحوال التي تجددت للأمة
