1 ★What a joke these cameras have turned out to be! Used to be great, could easily check when notification received of movement, now there are so many ads that it exponentially increases time to access. Not to mention, the cameras constantly drop signal since the addition of all the ads. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for taking a once decent app and turning it into completely useless "bloatware". Time to research new security cameras, because these are useless for safety and security!
1 ★Camera would work but not from very far away, now they won't cancel my subscription and keep billing my account, even double billing it! I've been trying for weeks to get this straightened out, just sent another email to them and hopefully that will take care of it, just my experience!
1 ★I dread any time this app updates. Now I get full screen covering ads randomly when I open the app or view my camera. Considering I use these to monitor my dogs, one of whom has medical issues and another is a puppy, this is really annoying and unnecessary. There is zero reason to force ads on us. The constant cloud nagging was annoying enough but now random full screen ads too??
1 ★Scam. I paid $129.99 for a year of service. My camera says service is expired. I have sent them everything I have, including the bank info showing I paid. They keep telling me I need an order number for them to fix the issue. Google doesn't have a way to get an order number. All google shows is that I paid. Very disappointed.
1 ★It works great as a live camera. Alerts don't work well. I walked out front of the camera and had to wave at it for it to see motion. No notification when motion detected. I opted to use an SD card thinking that I could view the recordings of alerts through the app. You can't. You need to pay for cloud service to view any recordings. It wants permissions for contacts, phone and location, why?? Makes me question the privacy of the app. Anyone want to buy some cameras?
4 ★I've had the cameras for over a year now. I love what the cameras do. Even tho I get network connection issues I can deal with that because that doesn't last long. I tried to purchase the yearly service plan (why does there have a service plan?) And my payment wouldn't go through. I did the whole run around of making sure my info and passwords where correct etc. So the app allowed me to purchase the monthly. Not sure why that was the only way to get my videos. Look into that
3 ★UPDATE:::::: So the last probably eight months I've had nothing but issues with my camera's going offline. None of them came with us can bar on the bottom of them which makes it even more difficult because you have to pair them every single time, and it never works the first second or third!!! Try. Unhappy.. This seems to be a pretty good app I've been using it for well over a year and I have not had any problems.
2 ★Lots of alerts with no activity. So many that you can't search through them all to tell if any actually have people in them. It seems you have to stand in front of camera for a long time before you'll see that in video. Now, when trying to view alerts. There is an add for premium service blocking the clip which can't be moved! I have the $39 basic plan. I'm about ready to just trash it. On the plus side, it stays connected to wifi well and has decent videos of nothing in my driveway.
2 ★The app was working great until the new security feature was added (which I chose not to enroll). Now I have to force close, clear cache, and restart the app multiple times before it recognizes I have a cloud subscription. Then I spend 10 minutes attempting to load my camera with "connection error" warnings. My wifi connection is just fine, and the camera is installed 10 feet from my router.
1 ★The app keeps crashing, then tells me there is a bug in the app and the developers need to fix it. Please fix it. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This did not fix it. I have cloud. It is glitchy at best. Movement is not detected until almost out of view. Unable to move the camera from side to side, only up and down or rotate it. Not a good camera if you want it for security. It only looks straight ahead if you have a wall socket or straight down if you plug it into a lamp.
4 ★I’ve had my camera for about a year and it works GREAT! But... I do have 2 issues. 1- Occasionally it will automatically rotate and point straight towards the ground. 2- I use an SD card and was under the impression that it would record longer and store more in memory. * It only records 15 second clips and I can only view 2 days. The rest are covered with an ad trying to get me to subscribe. *Connecting to Alexa was very easy. * I bought 4 cameras and gave 3 to friends who also like them.
1 ★Update: they asked me to contact them at their website. They have a chatbot with a limited # of possible questions to ask. Useless. "It worked well while I had the free trial cloud service subscription. Now that it has expired, there is an ad for the service that blocks me from viewing any alerts. It makes my cameras completely useless. I have SD cards in the cameras, so it isn't an issue of not having enough memory. The "free" app has ruined the most important part of my home security."
