5 ★Installed ONE Halo Doorbell a month ago, everything worked great until a few days ago when the App updated, cannot view Live video from Doorbell, it times out with: (Video play failed,error code:260015) nor PIR Alarm videos they timeout with same message except error code:245557 LaView please fix... UPDATE: So everything is working as before, in my haste/frustration I pointed to this App. Our problem? Network? Cloud? Don't know, but we are back to happy now...:)

1 ★Camera app only works when you don't need it to. Everytime it sounds like something is happening I go to check the camera and it malfunctions. Waste of money. Definitely don't get a subscription. Completely unreliable. No peice of mind.

3 ★It's fine, and it works but I wish it was quicker to access the video feed. When I want to see who is at the door, I open the app, log in, and then choose the device. This takes too long. It needs to have a default device option and a permanent login option.

2 ★Well this would be a higher score if the doorbell functioned. The app is not being optimized, notifications can override do not disturb and can show up over other apps but it's still fails to open the call whenever someone presses the doorbell.

2 ★When you try to update the camera's firmware everything locks up. Also, my camera sometimes displays as "offline" even though it is fully functional. No support for 5 ghz wifi. Lots of small bugs.

1 ★Suddenly no recording notifications, no message alerts no matter what. Software need update

1 ★Hate the app, hate the device!! Used to connect with phone but stopped and no matter what i do it does not allow me to connect it... totally worthless!! DON'T BUT ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!!

1 ★this app is horrible, it probably works less than 50% of the time, when I'm away from home. the camera is wonderful and this app works great when, I'm at home on wi-fi.

2 ★Push notifications not working. The app no longer alerts you when someone rings the doorbell. I wish these guys would stay current with their apps and camera firmware.

3 ★Message push notification not working. Other than that, this is actually a great device. Fix and get 5 stars from me.

1 ★Junk... power went out a few nights ago, tried to reconnect the camera(s) and the camera setup is unsuccessful every time I tried. Waste of money

2 ★Doesnt like to connect to the camera all the time and only plays audio when it wants. Huge waste of time.
