2 ★We just started using this program for work so we are still working things out. However, I seem to be the only one with issues with it updating dispatch on its own. I have to kill the app on my phone and reopen it to update dispatch. It does however, show it's updated on my end. Also wish the notification sound could be changed as it is not loud enough to hear during the day when busy, let alone when in a dead sleep.

2 ★For newer adroids, it's bad. Freezes camera

5 ★I was using tracker for a year and then switched over to this and it makes life so much easier

3 ★I have the program for work as I'm in the security field and I have it downloaded on my personal phone as well as a company phone. I'm running the newest version of Android and it keeps crashing on me. When I had my old phone it never happened to me as much and on the work phones it does the exact same thing. Numerous times there is been photos that have not been uploaded and then I do have to email them or restart a new report

1 ★This app is complete garbage. App keeps freezing on me in the middle of reports or taking pictures, or the app completely closes itself out and I have to adjust everything. I've uninstalled it multiple times and I'm still having the same problems. I use both an Apple product and an Android product and the app does not work on other device. If I wasn't forced to use this for work I would have gotten rid of it long ago

1 ★This app keeps crashing constantly, it freezes when I take pictures and it takes to long for the app to reload. A lot of times it won't upload reports or pictures, it takes waaaaay to much space on my phone 6Gb! Its ridiculous. I've had to uninstall and install the app multiple times but still have the same issues.

2 ★If I was not forced to use this for work I never would. Photos keep not uploading and I have to constantly email photos one at a time to supervisor, then I constantly get notifications of photos not uploading so I ail them then delete the photos and I still receive the same message over and over every 5 min. Makes more work for guards and office. The only reason I gave two stars instead of just one is because it is a great concept however application is terrible.
