How to use:
This is a widget for your homescreen (desktop). To use it, please follow these simple steps.
For newer versions of Android (e.g. 4.0), you may drag and drop a "Nice Simple Clock Widget" item from the Widgets tab of your app list to the homescreen. You may refer to this demonstration video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXAWx7gsJ-o
For older versions (e.g. 2.3.3) you can long press (i.e. tap and hold) on any empty space on your home screen, then select Widgets and choose a "Nice Simple Clock Widget" item.
Different widget items correspond to different widget sizes (e.g. 1x1, 2x2, etc.).
After adding the clock widget to your homescreen, tapping it will open the configuration window. You can add more than one "Nice Simple Clock Widget" to your homescreen and each of them can have its own unique settings.
*NOTE* If the time does not update properly, please exclude this widget from any task killer app that you might be using. You can also try to remove this widget from your homescreen and add it back again, and see if it solves the problem.

2 ★This app work well on my old phone but ever since I went to the Samsung Galaxy S9 There is a major lag in the time that is displayed when the phone has been idle and you open the lock screen. It continues to just show the time that the phone went to sleep. Fix that and I would give it 5 stars again!
3 ★Works great except it sometimes fail to update the time, so it will show like, 5 mins to 15 mins off :/ I'll gladly update my rating once corrected as it otherwise works perfectly!
5 ★Highly customizable. Intuitive. Installed and deleted many other similar apps until I found this one. My only suggestion is that the circle with the chosen color in the center should be twice as big. Also, there should be an "Apply" button. It took several tries before my color choice for the time would take effect and stay that way. A couple of times, nothing changed. A couple of times, it reverted after a few seconds. It has stayed for a few days, now. Quite nice in every way. Good job!!
5 ★Does what it says on the tin, even five years later! If you don't mind a barebones interface for configuring it (supports all but selecting fonts) then it's perfect. The default clock widget for my Note 9 was far too small to have any more use than the notification bars tiny one; this app circumvents that inconvenience.
5 ★Perfect! By far the best clock time / date app and widget. Incredibly customisable and robust yet light weight (it has a tiny file size and ram memory usage.) And no suspicious data/internet usage like some apps do! I have tried over 20 clock widgets in the past few years and this is the winner. I have a very cheap phone with low specs, but I run 2 widgets of it for time and date and I play with the customisation every time I change my wallpaper so it is the perfect size, colour and position, and I have been running it for over a year now with zero bugs or hassles. Thank you so much developer, it's is perfect!
1 ★Not keeping the correct time. What's the point of a clock if it gives the wrong time. Was my favorite but will delete if the problem persist

5 ★Has 2x1 time widget which didnt come nativly, and was quick and easy to set up. Exactly what I wanted and asked for.
4 ★Very cool app with lots of customization options. 4 stars bcuz sometimes it shows the wrong time. I found if i tap the clock it will update to correct time, but that's not really good enough as i always am worried if the time is right or not. The instructions for excluding this from optimisation processes is not clear enough for the average user.
5 ★Simple basic clock. Completely customizable. Highly recommend!
