Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited referred here as (TSECL) has published its very own mobile application for better consumer services through android mobiles, Tabs and other hand-held devices with proper data connectivity. Just sign up with your valid customer Id and enjoy the services. Once you register, you stay connected with us for a seamless service experience. TSECL also believes that continuous value addition to the App content in time to come will bring Corporation, its Consumers & Members of Public closer.The major services those are provided in this app are-
• User Log In:
To use the mobile application TSECL Consumer needs to provide the consumer account number (e.g. Consumer Id : TXXXXXXXXX) and the password (If the user already registered in the tsecl web portal earlier user can use the same for the mobile app login otherwise user needs to use the Sign Up application from the mobile application)
• Sign Up :
To Use mobile application TSECL Consumer needs to register themselves in the mobile application.
• User Basic details:
TSECL Consumer can view their name, address, category, connected load, billing pattern, installation number, email id and mobile number in the mobile application.
• View Bill (Last 6 month):
TSECL Consumer views their last 6 month details in mobile application. They can view their monthly consumption bill in pdf format.
• Pay Bill:
TSECL Consumer can pay their monthly bill from the mobile application.
• Consumption History:
This application will view the last 6month consumption in a graphical format
• Payment History (Last 6):
TSECL Consumer can view last 6 payment details and also can download the payment receipt in pdf format.
• Docket Registration:
Consumer can raise the complaint using the mobile application
• Docket View (Last 6) and Docket Status:
Mobile application will show the last six docket details and consumers can view the status of any docket after click on the View button.
• Update Profile:
TSECL Consumer can update their email id, mobile number, DOB, security question and security answer using the update profile application.
• Forgot Password :
TSECL Consumer can change their password using “Forgot Password” option.
Rate the App:
Customers may like the App if they really like it.
Any other changes which will be deemed allowable will be updated in subsequent versions. It's absolutely free.

What's new in version 1.5
Thanks for using the Tripura Power App.In our previous release we have added features like "Quick Pay" & "View Bill" options on the log on screen itself where you can pay and view your bills even without logging in to the app. In this release we have fixed some critical bugs which was causing the app to crash while fetching the bills and done overall performance improvement as well.
How to install Tripura Power APK on Android phone or tablet?
