Bahan Resep Es Campur Sederhana
100 gr kolang-kaling
100 gr cincau hitam, iris dadu
50 gr sdm sagu mutiara
5 sdm biji selasih, seduh dengan air panas
1 bks agar-agar
2 bh alpukat, serok menggunakan sendok
10 bh daging buah nangka, cincang kotak
1 bh kelapa muda, serut dagingya menggunakan sendok
1/4 bh melon, serut menggunakan fruit baller
1/4 bh blewah, serut menggunakan fruit baller
susu kental manis secukupnya
sirup cocopandan secukupnya
es serut atau es batu secukupnya
Bahan Sirup Gula
250 gr gula pasir
300 ml air
2 lbr daun pandan
Cara Membuat Es Campur Sederhana
Rebus 1 bungkus agar-agar dengan 2 gelas air hingga mendidih. Dinginkan hingga menggumpal dan memadat kemudian potong-potong sehingga membentuk dadu. Sisihkan.
Rebus sagu mutiara hingga mengembang, angkat dan tiriskan. Sisihkan.
Rebus kolang-kaling selama 10-15 menit, tiriskan dan dinginkan. Sisihkan.
Membuat sirup gula, didihkan gula pasir bersama dengan 300 ml air dan daun pandan hingga gula larut. Dinginkan dan sisihkan.
Semua bahan sudah siap, saatnya menyajikan es campur. Tata dalam mangkuk saji bahan-bahan yang sudah disediakan seperti kolang-kaling, cincau, sagu mutiara, biji selasih, agar-agar, alpukat, nangka, kelapa muda, melon dan blewah.
Beri es batu atau es serut secukupnya. Siram dengan sirup cocopandan, sirup gula dan susu kental manis.
Es campur spesial siap disajikan. (untuk 10 porsi)
