Description

Lost child is a parent's worst nightmare! BuddyTag App, together with its bluetooth tag and wristband with personal ID, helps parents track their kids when out and about. BuddyTag App will sound an alarm on Android devices if the child with BuddyTag is out of the App's proximity. If the child did get lost, the personal ID information on the wristband will help get the child reunited with the parents. In addition, there is a Panic Alarm on the wristband with the bluetooth tag, and the child can press Panic Alarm to notify the parent that he/she needs help.

3 ★Worked the first day. Now it connects, after I try about 10min, but panic button or alarm does not work. (Huawei P8)

4 ★We used this at disney world and LOVED it!! (New bands that we bought in Jan 2016. Used on Galaxy S5 and on iphone 6.) No problems at all opening the app. Alerted us a few times when the 3 year old wandered off a few feet and we didn't realize. Gave us peace of mind. Why 4 not 5--We did get a few false alerts when he was right beside us. Had trouble connecting one of our bands a couple of times, but did work soon after so that could also be a phone issue.

1 ★Had one fora a couple of years now and liked it but since upgrading to the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge the connection to the tag gets broken causing an error in the app making stop communicating with the tag. Contacted the company from their site so hopefully it is something they can fix.

1 ★No option to even add a device! This makes the app and the buddy tag useless. Tried unistalling and reinstalling and nothing works. I've emailed the dev and waiting to hear back.

3 ★It works pretty well. I tested the distances and they all work as advertised. The panic button is great. However, you have to have the App open for the device features to work. It will not run in the background. So if you use your phone for anything else (ie, Facebook) it closes out the App and all the features. You have to open App again for it to work. Consumes a lot of battery power

2 ★Using a samsung s5. The reporting is not accurate. It only reports distance on a straight line. Misleading picture of a radar. Maybe the IOS app works better. This app is not well developed.

2 ★The app won't open most of the time. Sometimes it shuts down or disconnects. When it does decide to work it doesn't give an exact location. This needs to be reliable. What's the point otherwise? It would be great if they could iron out the kinks.
