1 ★Wouldn't be such a bad app if it didn't have so many bugs!! Crashes a lot, won't sync photos half the time, and dont even get me started with trying to put in a new drytrack!!!! Kinda feels like they just gave up half way through building this app.

3 ★This app is ok. It's so slow at times. And when you're uploading photos it only uploads 20 at the time. Sometimes the photos fail to upload, if you tap the sync button more than once it will double upload the pics. It will shut down at times. But overall it's ok

5 ★Good app with good features.

1 ★Address links no longer clickable within app. I used to be able to click on address and address would open in my Google maps. This feature no longer works. Latest update took this feature away. Samsung Galaxy s20. Every damn update nextgear comes out with, messes something else up. Must be nice to get paid to make an already horrible app, more horrible. ***EDIT*** Have latest version installed and yet problem persists...

1 ★Have to use this for work. It logs you out constantly and you have to keep putting in login information and pin numbers then it doesn't save your job information so you have to search for it again then crashes, logs you out, then you have to sign in with all the login information and pin numbers, then search again only to find out your in offline mode and have to manually close the app to restart it, then start the whole logging in thing over again.

3 ★Since the last two updates I no longer have been able to click on the client address for maps on my Andrid phone. Please look into this. It's been a long month without it working. I see others are saying the same thing. I'd truly appreciate an update with a fix sooner than later. Thanks, Daniel

1 ★My opinion of the app hasn't changed. Often it goes offline even when I have a strong signal, very annoying. You can only upload 20 pictures at a time and it takes forever for them to load.Dont care for the performance of the app.

4 ★The mobile app has made great strides over the years. Adding photos, notes, job tasks, and calendar entries have been very easy. I like the simplicity of the app. With anything there could be more improvements but I know that will come in time. Uploading photos and putting notes in the job is very easy.

4 ★Thank the lord. I can finally look up an address and call a customer without having to close the split screen app that's crashed twice, and log back in twice. It was a rough two or three months but it's finally over. Thank you.

2 ★This app is full of bugs does not work appropriately with android. The company that produces this app refuses to adapt for android... If you enter into an elevator elevator the app will completely kick you all the way back to the prompt screen where you have to Reload all of your codes

5 ★Great work on the app, lately it's been behaving a lot better. Sometimes exception reason doesn't come up when I'm completing a task but using the app let's me plug photos and data right into our database. Keep it up!

1 ★If I didn't have to have this app for work, I wouldn't. The worst app on my phone. Glitchy and slow. Have to log in evrytime I open it, which is several time each hour. What a pain in the ... ! Gave it one star because you can't give it 5 negative stars.
