Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★Absolutely not user friendly! Too much messing around with trying to add/revise foodstuffs and building your own data base for common, everyday items. This app should include a basic data data base.
3 ★Pretty good app. Pretty standard options set. I like the graphs, I miss barcode scanning. I'm almost alone here, but I like to aggregate my data from multiple trackers: diet, productivity, activity, etc. As a result, I'd like to be able to download/export my data in some reasonable manner. If there was an API or a csv export option, I'd give this app 5-stars.
4 ★Food database didn't suit me but no probs with the app. Like the charting stuff.
3 ★Maybe it would be a good idea to interface this app with the wolfram alpha foods database? I have to add most of my meals myself!! That being said this is the only app I've found which tracks proteins fats and carbs As well as calories! Step in the right direction. Interface needs some work.
4 ★LOVE this app. ONLY one on the market so far that easily displays kcals, carbs, fats, and proteins at All Times. interface is simple and clean - - a refreshing contrast to its hyper-busy counterparts. You can create your own food items from scratch, great for people not wanting to fool with the Food Database, which itself stays discreetly out of my way Cons; The 100g measuring system is for the dogs. App needs a smarter calc that can accept serv. sizes, instead of making you do math equations.
3 ★Bummed that it doesn't track fiber. That's huge in low carb land!
4 ★Love the app so far, but a few suggestions: the charts can be a little easier to use. Instead of only seeing carbs, or only seeing protein, need a chart to show all four at the same time. Also, I set my daily goals, but the only way to see progress is with the charts. On the diary, wish there was a spot that showed what I still need to eat for the day. Hope to see these in next update.
3 ★Limited Food Database. You'll have to input the nutrition facts yourself for everything you eat. It does not keep track of your fluid intake either. It's easy to use. If you know the nutrition facts for everything you eat already.
5 ★I have been looking for an app for ages that tells me all the info i need and i like how it tells me how much fat and carbs i have eaten. Best app ever :)
1 ★Difficult to learn, no introduction tutorial. Have to enter manually and all by yourself the nutrtional information of every single thing you put in your mouth. That might create some kind of obsession with food.
3 ★Only tracks 4 things. Wish I could use it to track salt and fiber too.
1 ★I deleted this one the first day, it sucks! Not just do they not have COMMON foods like yellow squash and rutabaga, it's complicated to navigate and irritating to work with!
