1 ★Not all settings are mobile friendly. I have had a lot of problems with it. And I never get notifications on my phone.
3 ★App is ok for the most part, could do without the cartoon jokes. When clocking back in from lunch breaks it looks as if your clocked back, then when shift ends go to clock out, only to realize your not clocked in at all from lunch. This happens a lot to my whole crew. Bad weather seems to make it glitch as well. 2 step verification if you lose the phone # first put in then you can't get into your account no where to change if you have new phone and #

1 ★This app needs a lot of work. It is new and that is very noticeable as items do not have UX thought out. In order to be in this market, the mobile functionality will need a major overhaul and quickly so that they are not left behind. Just looking at the numbers displayed on the calendar will help you see that the app is poorly thought out.
4 ★So far I think it's ok. I'm positive this is only to be improved upon, but I really do like how it gives you a personal look with the rest of your coworkers because of the profile. It really does solve our biggest problem as a whole company which is "Communication. With BambooHR you have usually multiple ways to contact anyone at work and easily found too. Excellent App.
2 ★The app is great for things like clocking in and out, grabbing pay stubs, etc. Unfortunately, in the play store, it says location data is optional, but the app REQUIRES location data to be on. There's nothing optional about that! If a permission is required, that should be made blatantly obvious.
3 ★While it is convient for HR, I have not seen something so complicated; okay, well maybe a little exaggerated. The view / features have little in common between the web and mobile, and there is conflicting information between the help center and me trying to actually cancel a vacation day. The help center also shows clickable buttons which I do not have. I decided to use that day I wanted to cancel as a rest day.
5 ★If you are a small business looking for a way to make your life easier and help bring your team together this is a powerful HR tool! Customizable, user friendly and the support and implementation process team is the best I've ever experienced! We took on 4 new locations at once and were losing people because we couldn't find a good streamlined process to get everyone's information in one place. BambooHR has helped us do that and more at warp speed. Thank you BambooHR!!
5 ★I use and enjoy this app more than any other HR-related one I've had to use for jobs in the past. They continue to add functionality to bring it up to the level of the BambooHR desktop/web interface, but it's a cellphone app -- so I don't expect a 1:1. No complaints. I love the easy access to PTO requests and paystubs.
4 ★This app mostly works well for what I need, but I can't give it a full fine stars because it can't seem to figure out on it's own when it's out of sync so I have to force close it on almost a daily basis to get it to work right. Many times when I go back into it it just cycles over and over on the loading screen, or if I've clocked in/out on another device it won't recognize that; I have to force close to fix both. Really hope this gets fixed some day.
