5 ★Very smooth and stable app

3 ★The app is great(but I haven't been able to fully set up because I don't have an ethernet cable to use it with my dvr yet will update when I have full access ) the cameras where a pain to hook up but they work brilliantly I do wish you guys had a doorbell so I wouldn't have to go through Blink or Ring and have everything one on service

2 ★I purchased alot from zosi but I fing that their product is not as stable as some of the other cameras. For instance I contacted them because the the nvr wasn't working they said to send back. I had to pay to send back. Another time was when a camera went bad and I just purchased the system, they said there was nothing they can do. I had to purchase a new camera. The other is their 16 extended poe 4k nvr keeps rebooting up to now but I don't want anymore, I'm just tired of bad products.

5 ★Insyalled 3+ years ago - 8 wired cameras, large capacity system. Easy to configure, excellent interface including phone app. Meets all our security monitoring needs.

2 ★Kind of difficult to learn how to navigate, but once you get it, it's not a bad system. The app however will not work so I can't remote view the cameras which sucks because I didn't read the fine print and got a DVR without a harddrive, so I can't replay video either. Right now it's only useful function is watching my dogs dig holes in the yard.

4 ★I have six Zosi cameras. The NVR device was constantly disconnecting from the router (LAN). This necessitated constant reboot of the device, which made it impossible to remotely access the cameras. I called Zosi customer support and spoke to the associate. She was nice and understanding. She asked information about the camera and the purchase and she said she would send me a link to reboot the device. I rebooted the device and never had any problem since. I will recommend this camera.

1 ★Camera often resets and is facing the wall. The camera still records but can't view on app. Very glitch. No idea if camera, box or software.

5 ★Easy to use app

3 ★New complaint: since an update now I don't get any alerts at all, which I suppose is only slightly worse than getting so many alerts I can't bother with them... It works fine with my device (DVR), my main complaint is that I can only set alerts by device and not by channel (i.e. per camera connected to the DVR), my other complaint is that you have to connect to their site and can't connect directly to your device while on the local network.

5 ★We have had this for over 5 years now. The ability to connect to this on the fly is amazing. We like it so much, we talked the parents into getting one for their house. They love it also! Adds better security to your home with the ability to select what actions will send you alerts. Security at your control!
